Rules for Evolution Chess
Initial setup
Evolution Chess is based on orthodox chess, with special features for Queens, Rooks and Bishops on their starting row (1 for whites, 8 for blacks).
These features are additional possible moves taken from the Alfil and the Dabbada.
The Alfil jumps two squares diagonally, leaping over intermediate pieces.
The Dabbaba jumps two squares orthogonally, leaping over intermediate pieces.
Queen
On its starting row, Queen moves like Queen + Alfil + Dabadda.
Bishop
On its starting row, Bishop moves like Bishop + Alfil.
Rook
On its starting row, Rook moves like Rook + Dabadda.
