I tried this game many many times. The Sultan is really a hell of a piece. White should play very very precisely. The slightest weakness you'll pay the price immediatly.
White should win but due to the flaws in the level of play, black can win easily also. If the Sultan succeeds in breaking to white's king, we can fear a sudden and rapid destruction of white's position.

It's really a fascinating and very interesting game.
