While testing the forum I noticed there was actually a problem.
In fact I found out this problem was not linked to phpBB upgrade, it was there before, some images were corrupted, even in backups
After hard work and deep bytes inspection, all these beautifull illustrations have been repaired

just an admin notification : the forum has been upgraded to the last stable version oh phpBB 3.2.2.

Looks like everything is working fine...
