Re: Dragon Chess, a new Chess Variant by Keith Williams
Wow, a lot has happened since my last post, but let me update you about Dragon Chess. In 2021, I modified Cerebral Chess and renamed it Dragon Chess. To keep with my original vision of Dragon Chess integrating classic chess, the Leopard was replaced by the Unicorn, but still moves like the Leopard. ...

Re: Cerebral (edema) Chess variant

The minor pieces (N, B, R) disrupt the opening strategy. They are exchanged, sacrificed, or ideally exchanged for a variant piece (L...

The castling works in 2D too. I didn't delete the cache yesterday. Thank you! I better enjoy winning...

Playing against the Computer
The computer puts the Amazon Queen into action too early immediately attacking the King and trying to raise havoc anywhere on the board. I'm not sure the computer understands the value of the pieces, since it makes bad exchanges sometimes. However, if you have any weak positions, the computer will e...

Dragon Chess, a new Chess Variant by Keith Williams
Hello, My name is Keith Williams, and thanks to Dr. Zied Haddad, I'm able to share my new variant of chess. I'd like to explain how I developed it over the past couple of years. It started from Omega Chess created by Daniel Macdonald from Toronto, Canada, back in 1998. He enlarged the board to 10 x ...
